Now you have done it ------ even made it attractive - good job and thank you for the pic - this is the fun part of this give and take forum.

NOW U HAVE DONE IT That 40 feet of copper will lower the compressed air temperature and dew point, so condensation will take place - the liquid water will now be in the water traps where it belongs, not going through the gun or driping off the quick coupler.

I think I need more, I read somewhere that about 100' of
pipe is needed to work best, and preferably larger dia.
I've run out of space (and money).
I'm considering hanging a system from the ceiling,
(adding another section of (4) 10' pipes.)
It's the only space left in my garage

Jim,
The only way you could have made it better is with larger pipe.
1.5" copper tubing will carry 625% more air than 1/2 inch and because the air velocity has decreased the air cools about twice as fast.
Still, the installation is great.
